USAID
scholarship in Pakistan
In
collaboration with the Higher Education Commission HEC, Pakistan USAID is
offering scholarships to students who are unable to pay their tuition, as well
as needy students interested in studying medicine, engineering and technology,
business administration, agriculture, and veterinary social sciences. For
chosen applicants for these scholarships, graduate and undergraduate programmes
are available.

Students enrolled in 30 partner public and private universities
•
Students pursuing Master's/MBA/MS/MPhil/Education teaching degree programmes in
specific fields
•
Female students who met the requirements for need and submitted all required
information.

How to Apply for USAID
Scholarship 2021
The
application must be filed online using the HEC's scholarship management system
at http://scholarship.hec.gov.pk. The application form and the relevant
supporting papers may be sent to the Financial Aid Office at the particular
institution. Kindly do not submit any paperwork to HEC. For further
information, please get in touch with the university's financial aid office.

The
deadline for submitting online applications for USAID-MNBSP graduate
scholarships has been extended to 15 November 2021.

Scholarship Selection
Process
The
Institutional Scholarship Award Committee will manage the whole application
process for the USAID-funded Merit and Need-based scholarship programme. The
Scholarship granting committee will make recommendations to the HEC Scholarship
Management Committee on chosen applicants. The Scholarship Management Committee
at HEC analyses applications and approves those that are eligible. The monies
are released and subsequently distributed to the selected applicants by the
appropriate institution.
